Great experience here! The hotel was in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. The onsen was a highlight of my stay, and it was well-organized. I also appreciated the multiplug in the room and found everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
the language barrier with the staff was a slight issue.

Our family of four, including two small kids, had a wonderful stay at a hotel that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and affordability. The location was perfect for us, being pretty close to the railway station and not far from the main center. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for a family of four with clean and modern bathrooms. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of foods to satisfy every palate.
We did not enjoy the lack of windows that could black out the room entirely. The sliding screens gave us a bit of a traditional and modern feel, but it did not block out the light properly and we found ourselves waking up too early.

We spent Christmas at a hotel that was surprisingly fancy and was a great bargain for the price. The hotel had a complimentary shuttle that took us straight to the train station, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they even had allergen information marked on the food in Japanese. The onsen facilities were luxurious with various indoor baths, plants, and an excellent atmosphere to relax in.
While the room size was standard for Japan, the bedding was not that great. However, it was a minor issue that didn't impact our experience overall.
